WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At the Diem B. studio, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to us within 3 days of delivery.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

  We take great pride in producing the highest quality candles on the market. Our wax and fragrance formulations are meticulously tested to ensure perfect balance of a long burn time and full bodied fragrance blend to fill your home with an intoxicating scent. Each candle is also thoroughly inspected before shipment. Due to the current climate regarding Covid-19, at this time we do not accept returns.

We understand the complex nature of purchasing candles online, so we always encourage customers to purchase the Diem B Home Candle sample set to try scents out before committing to a full-size candle.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to resolve.
