We produce, pack and ship our goodies from our studio in Philadelphia PA.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship to the United States. We do not ship to international addresses or PO Boxes at this time.
IS SHIPPING FREE?
Shipping is free over $75.00 USD
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We typically ship within 3-5 business days Once your package leaves our studio, it can take 1-6 business days to reach you. Due to Covid-19 there may be a delay in delivery, so please keep that in mind when making your purchase.
Tracking notifications will be sent when the order is processed, not shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to go live upon receipt of tracking.
WHY HASN’T MY TRACKING UPDATED. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
Tracking may not update until your package is scanned at your local carrier. Due to COVID-19, USPS is understaffed and are experiencing an influx in shipping volumes. Please allow up to 14 business days after shipping for your package to arrive.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST OR STOLEN?
Once your package leaves our studio, we are not liable if it is lost or stolen. If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you to take the following steps:
- If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 2-3 more days for delivery before contacting your carrier for more information.
- Check with your neighbors, lobby attendant, or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there.
- Reach out to your local UPS facility.
- If USPS is unable to locate the package, a claim will need to be filed.
